Key points

  • We collect only what's needed to run your automations
  • Your congregation data stays private — we never sell or share it
  • You can request a data export or delete your account at any time
  • We use AI to generate content, not to train models on your data

What we collect

When you create a ShulOps account, we collect your name, email address, and information about your synagogue (name, denomination, size, address). When you forward emails to your ingest address, we process the content of those emails to extract relevant data for your automations.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the ShulOps service: running your automations, generating emails and reports, and improving the relevance of your outputs. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.

Third-party services

ShulOps uses the following third-party services to operate:

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We do not store passwords in plain text.

Your rights

You can request a full export of your data, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account at any time. Contact [email protected] for any privacy-related requests.

Changes to this policy

We'll notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy. Continued use of ShulOps after changes constitutes acceptance.
