Last updated: February 2026
Key points
- 30-day free trial — no charge until day 31
- Cancel anytime — no long-term commitment
- Your data belongs to you
- We provide the service as-is and aren't liable for operational decisions made based on our outputs
Account and access
By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your synagogue. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per synagogue is included in each plan.
Free trial
Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until day 31. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge. If you do not cancel, your subscription will begin automatically.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time through your billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Data ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you provide to ShulOps, including congregation information, forwarded emails, and any content generated by your automations. We claim no ownership over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Acceptable use
ShulOps is designed for synagogue operations management. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to attempt to access other users' data.
AI-generated content
ShulOps uses AI to generate emails, reports, and other content on behalf of your synagogue. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before they are sent to your congregation. ShulOps is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. In the event of extended downtime, we will communicate updates via email.
Limitation of liability
ShulOps is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
